Refund policy
The refund rule is simple.
Full refund, no questions asked
- Within 30 days of payment, even if you have used every daily challenge.
How to get one
Email tonje@trymuse.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Stripe receipt. No form, no reason needed. We refund within 2 business days of your email; your bank then takes 5–10 business days to show it on the original payment method.
What you cannot lose
Nothing renews automatically, so there is never a surprise charge to refund. A refund ends your daily emails.
